  • We work with Childcare centres & Kindergartens across Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland.

  • To sign up with us, please click here.

  • Once you have accepted a shift you are good to go! Ensure you arrive at the Centre 15 minutes before the shift. We would ask you to be well presented & organised for a great day with the children.

  • Our payroll team processes the payroll every Thursday. Any issues regarding payroll, please email our payroll team at info@teachinginitiative.com.au.

  • We have a Permanent Recruitment Team which specialises in supporting teachers to find a permanent role that matches the next steps in your teaching career. If you are already working casually with us, please email hr@teachinginitiative.com.au to enquire regarding permanent work.
